Job Description
Job Summary We are hiring a Business Development Associate for our Mumbai office to drive Lead Generation, Cold Calling, and Cold Emailing campaigns into US healthcare provider organizations. This is a fast-track Inside Sales and B2B Sales role with a clear growth path into full-cycle International Sales. This is a work-from-office role and we are considering Mumbai-based candidates only.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound Lead Generation campaigns through Cold Calling, Cold Emailing, and LinkedIn Outreach targeting hospital CFOs and RCM leaders across the US
- Prospecting and account research to build qualified pipelines for US Healthcare and Healthcare IT buyers
- Run multi-channel Email Campaigns, Drip Campaigns, and Demand Generation programs to generate qualified interest in our RCM and Medical Coding AI solutions
- Manage LinkedIn and YouTube presence; execute LinkedIn Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing initiatives
- Use AI Tools (ChatGPT, Generative AI) to scale research, personalization, and outreach productivity
- Maintain clean CRM data and pipeline hygiene across tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Progress into client-facing work including Appointment Setting, discovery calls, solution presentations, and pipeline management
Candidate Profile
- Currently based in Mumbai (applications from other cities will not be considered)
- MBA Fresher (2025 or 2026 Batch); specialization in Marketing, Sales, or General Management preferred
- Excellent communication (written and verbal English); confident engaging senior US executives
- Adept with AI Tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for research, writing, and workflow automation
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn as a prospecting and content channel; basic SEO understanding
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working US Shift (Night Shift)
Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Exposure to B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, Inside Sales, International Sales, or US Sales. Familiarity with Outbound Sales tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Salesforce. Internship experience in Healthcare IT, RCM, Medical Billing, BPO, ITES, or HealthTech. Prior LinkedIn or YouTube content creation experience.
