Job Title: Production Manager Company: Nexsel Tech Pvt Ltd Location: Narhe, Pune Job Summary: Nexsel Tech Pvt Ltd is an 8-year-old company with a customer presence in 16 countries. Nexsel is a leading horticulture grow light manufacturer, recognized as the number one brand in India and one of the top brands in the world for horticulture lighting. We are seeking a Production Manager to oversee LED lighting production, ensure quality control, coordinate with various departments, and resolve technical issues. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for quality. Key Responsibilities: Manage LED lighting production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely dispatch. Coordinate with sales, purchase, and R&D teams for smooth operations. Supervise and train the production team to maintain workflow and improve efficiency. Implement quality control measures and conduct thorough product testing. Troubleshoot and resolve PCB, driver, and site-related technical issues. Monitor and report production metrics, including scrap, rework, and manpower utilization. Improve production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Address and resolve customer concerns related to production issues. Qualifications & Experience: Education: BE/Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical or a Graduate with relevant lighting industry experience. Experience: Minimum 2 years in lighting production and quality control. Skills: Knowledge of electronics assembly and components. Leadership and team management skills. Basic proficiency in computers, email, and Excel reports. Ability to handle production under tight timelines. Experience with PCB and driver troubleshooting. Strong coordination and communication skills.
